ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS
LoK Fashion Institute has an open/continuous-enrollment policy. The candidate must be able to provide government issued photo identification for proof of age and a high school diploma or transcript (or equivalent). Students who are under the age of 18 must have parental consent and parents will be required to sign on all enrollment documents.
Application packages that are missing required documents, at the time of submission, will not be accepted for submission.
APPLY
1. A fully completed application form
2. Copy of High School diploma or transcript (or GED certificate/transcript or HS equivalent)
3. Copy of a valid photo government-issued identification
